scroll in outlook express

My new xp wants to scroll more than it needs to in outlook
express. When I click in the right side bar, the view
moves beyond the the next info.
Can't find how to correct.
Also, how do I tell if this has been registered. I know it
has been activated.

There is a scroll problem caused by one of the recent Security Patches
for Windows. I am not sure if it affects OE aswell, but the problem is
seen in the Internet Explorer. There is no fix for it available yet.

And what a nuisance it can be! But, I have found that if I place the mouse
pointer directly under the centre of the slider before left clicking, this
helps to overcome the problem. Not the complete answer, though, as I have
to keep repositioning the mouse pointer. Roll on the MS fix.
