scroll horizontally by moving mouse or using keys

Any proggy out there that scrolls the windows horizontally *without*
have to point at the slider bar. Keyboard commands acceptable too.

wheelmice mostly use wheelbutton down and drag

ctrl-arrow usually works

if there is only a horz then wheel down scrolls that
MS intellipoint provide so other extras

seriously, try a $5.95 wheelmouse and see if it improves your day
 
You should check out the program that I mentioned above - it really is an
awesome mouse utility.

I don't know if the freeware application works on XP though.
