Scroll bar too far

When I click on the right side scroll bar I move more than
one page. This is rather new and very annoying. It does
the same no matter what the program. Any ideas
appreciated.

It's a known problem (MS know as well)
It's caused by one of the IE updates

Another problem associated with that update is;
When you highlight (select) something (text) on a page, if you then scroll,
the highlighting will dissapear.
