scroll bar not showing - part of contacts appear, not all

Hi,
running sbs 2003. Domain w/6 clients/workstations. Every time I open the BCM
contacts (set to open/show category view) the scroll bar does not appear.
When I expand a category,holding say 59 contacts,it only shows about 10. If I
nudge the window (resize it) the bar will maybe appear and the rest of the
contacts.

This is MOST annoying. Does anybody know what is going on ?

No clue.

Perhaps a network latency issue? It sounds like the data gets refreshed.
Could be a coincidence or a bug. I haven't seen this happen.

Should I go ahead and try another reinstall ? I uninstalled the BCM from the
server, deleted the database, did another setup and imported the database
again (might I have to rebuild the whole thing ?) but no success.
If it is a bug than what should i do ? The need for shared contacts is of
the utmost importance. Sharing contacts simply will not do. They have to be
accessible and editable (is it right to say that ?) from multible
workstations.
