Scroll bar is missing

Hi

Got a small problem. When I open my outlook and gonna make a new e-mail, I
see the scroll bar on the right hand side is missing.

So when i type a loong message, I either must use the scrollbar on the
mouse, or use page up/down to go from the top of the message and bottom.

And the scrollbar on the bottom of the e-mail is very "loong" Not sure how
to explain, but I can with the mouse pointer scroll fare to the right with
it.

How can I get my scrollbar on the right to ap
 
Version of Outlook?
Word or Outlook as the e-mail editor?

Its Outlook XP

And am using word as e-mail editor yes.
