scroll bar button size question

is there a way to increase the size of the scroll bar button, that slides up
and down.
I cant find any option for this in the display properties.

right click on desktop|properties|appearance tab|advance button
scroll down the dropdown menu you'll see it there
scrollbar 17
 
thanks for trying but, its not there. i was refering to the little box that
slides up and down. and the vertical size of that box.

The vertical size of a vertical scroll 'box' is controlled by the amount of
data that needs to be scrolled, not by any setting in Windows. If there
are just a few rows of information off the screen, the bar will be very
large. If there are thousands of rows not visible, the scroll box becomes
quite skinny. This is a standard Windows convention, but some 3rd party
applications don't work this way (for example, the scroll box is always the
same size in some apps.) Most MS applications do use this method, however.

Display - Appearance, click Advanced. Look in the Item pane for Scroll
bars and increase the size - that changes the width of the bar, and the
button will change to match
