Scripting Time Zone Changes W2K

Is it possible to use a script to modify the time zone of
a PC with W2K or WXP installed? We need to do this to
modify a large number of PCs with the wrong time zone
settings configured. Doing a search online has turned up
nothing so far. Hoping that someone out there has come
across this before could point me in the right direction.
