scripting picture and fax viewer

I have an access database that in NT & Win2k, I would call the wang/kodak
viewer and pass the filename I wanted to open. I have searched in XP and
can't find the viewer, and have seen posts about it now being embedded in
the shimgvw.dll, but what command line do I use to (in VBA) to call the
viewer with a specific picture loaded?
