Scripting.FileSystemObject

I'd like to create a simple vbscript for windows 2000 to
check the existance of file/folder. Is it possible that
Scripting.FileSystemObject is not available on a windows
2000 machine?

No, it should work fine. Can you paste the entire script which gives you
error?
