I have a DSL connection in my business with a dynamic IP
address. Occassional the address is reset and I have to
drive to my store to get the current one.

Is there a way to write a script in Windows XP that will
automatically email the current IP address to me when it
changes or perhaps once a day?

This makes no sense. If it is dynamic your computer asks for an address, the ISP answers, and XP uses the answer.

Make a new network connection.

Just came across this site:

If you're needing the IP addy for something like a remote connection, there
are programs like DNS2GO that will watch that IP addy and give you a domain
name to connect to. I think DNS2GO went to a paid model, but there are
others out there that do the same thing.
