I have not been able to find a good method to script the export and import of
outlook settings and data; any idea's?

Settings are largely in the Windows registry, in multiple locations, but some are in separate files. See http://www.slipstick.com/config/backup.htm

What are you trying to accomplish that the Office Profile Wizard/Save My Settings Wizard can't do for you?

Actually, what I am trying to accomplish is to script the Office Profile
Wizard/Save My Settings Wizard. What I am trying to do is to be able to add
this to a log in script. Thanks for your help!

As the article at http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;q281928 explains, you can use the /i command-line switch to load a custom .ini file that defines what you want to back up. Start with the opw11adm.ini file found in Program Files\ORKTOOLS\ORK11\TOOLS\Profile Wizard.
