script to extract user lastlogon date

Anyone developed a script or utility to extract the users
lastlogon date.
I need to be able to age out old users ids as our personel
department often omits to tell when us a user has left.
If no one has then I will develop one.
 
We have the same issue here with our HR dept.

If you develop one please pass it along to me!
