Script Problem

I have deleted the files in the Internet Temp file. The error is coming from
the "TEMP" file. Can I delete the files in this folder too
 
Yes. If a file is in use, Windows won't allow you to delete it. But, a
script error involving a file in the TEMP folder sounds suspicious. If
deleting the file(s) doesn't resolve the problem, post back.

I deleted the file with the error and then another one pops up. I also
checked in Internet Opitions with debugging is checked and notification is
not checked. Can you tell me why it is showing up in the Temp file
