script or Policy template to move Temporary Internet Files folder

Gurus,

I am looking for a script or Policy template that when a user executes it
their Temporary Internet Files folder will be moved from the default
location (%userprofile%\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files) to a
different folder. Any suggestions?

The registry value called "cache" in the following key sets where Windows
looks for this:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User
Shell Folders
