script for shutdown windows 2000

I would like to know the command to shutdown windows 2000 (client side) after I ran a batch. Can you help me?

shutdown.exe will do it. It comes with the Win2000 Resource Kit.
Alternatively you could use WinExit (http://posum.com/freestuf.html)
(which I have never tried).

If you don't want to buy all of the W2K Resource Kit, you can get
portions of it at:

shutdown.exe is not included but you can use restart.vbs (I don't
remember if you have to use cscript to run it but you would be executing
it in a DOS shell instead of as a link in the GUI).
