Script errors

1.I am getting multiple script errors that will not allow
me to run my virus program or my accounting software.
I was told to do a system restore but it will not open.
2. Internet explorer defaults to this address (%68%6F%6D%
65%70%61%67%65%2E%63%6F%6D%00@%77%77%77%2e%65%2d%66%69%
6e%64%65%72%2e%63%63) every time I try to log on, even if
I reset my home page.
