Script errors

I am using Incredimail and on certain e-mails I get a
script error notice one of which said - isminte4 is
unidentified. It has only happened on one persons
messages.
I obviously am new to 2000 and I am so confused about this
program it is driving me crazy. I am getting multiple
files between administrator and dell. ie I now have 3201
files and 721 folders under adminis. and 2853 files and
873 folders under dell. I have screwed something up
drastically and PLEASE if someone can help or lead me in
the right direction you will keep me from going insane!
I want to get XP, but, again, have no idea how to keep
files I need from 2000.
I am in a bit of a mess as you can see.

Actually you can just install the new XP windows overide
the windows you use now. Should be no problem for the
programs that already installed in it except for the
program that is conflict with XP system.
