script errors

I am not sure if this is the right place for this question but here it is.
I am getting the following error:
Line228
Char 1
Error incompatable version of the PRC stub
Code 0
Url res://C:\Windows\System\SHDOCLC.DLL/preview.dig
I do not know what is going on but when I try to print in internet explorer
this message appears.
Would appreciate any help on this problem if this is not the right place
please let me know where I can go for help
