Since performing some automatic windows updates a few
weeks ago I have started getting script errors popping up
for IE6. None of the FAQs (which are very specific)
describe my experience, which appears random although it
may be triggered by HTML forms. Usually I can say No to
the debug message, at least three times, and it will go
away for a while. Sometimes I can't submit a form at all
because the message keeps coming up.

However Microsoft (passport help) says the product came
with the PC so they ain't going to help, and I know HP
won't have a clue since it's due to MS updates that I
have the problem.

If anyone at Microsoft reads this, please note that your
support avoidance is not admired in the slightest (to put
it politely), but if anyone else has a real suggestion
they will definitely be showered with admiration.

Please reply by email if possible.

Thanks

Go to Tools | Internet Options | Advanced.
Check the box to Disable script debugging.
Uncheck the box to Display a notification about every script error.
