script error

After clicking on several web sites I get a popup. Script error object
doesn't supportthis property or method.
URL File//C:windows htwb.bin. Do you want to continue running scripts on
this page? Yes or no. It doesn't matter whether I press yes or no, the
popup disappears from the page. I deleted this file from my computer but
whether I get on a web site this popup returns and I'm unable to to get rid
of it permanently. Do you have any suggestions.
