script error

I keep getting this script error " A script on this page is causing Internet
Explorer to run slowly. If it continues to run, your computer may become
unresponsive.Do you want to abort the script?Yes/No " then i get a whole
bunch of little windows indication "Stack overflow at line ##"

How can i get rid of this? it only shows up when i go to MSN my space

Please help!!!
 
Hi voulam :-)

You don't mention the version of Windows you are using, which really is a
must when asking for help in the newsgroups, but, try the following and see
if it helps:

Disable the Script Debugger in IE

http://www.sureshotsoftware.com/articles/scripterrors.html

or.

Go to Tools>Internet Options>Advanced.
Check the box to "Disable script debugging."
Uncheck the box to "Display a notification about every script error."

Hi,
I am having exactly the same problems as mentioned earlier. I have tried all
the things mentioned, and also have Norton Anti-Virus, Zone alarm and
Ad-adware running, and it still does not work.
MSN Spaces are the only site that i cannot get to run.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

I've experienced the same problems with MSN Spaces. With the help of some
very long e-mails with the customer help of MSN I discovered that the problem
lies with Zone Alarm. After shutting down Zone Alarm I didnt experience
problems with MSN Space anymore. I reinstalled Zone Alarm (free) instead of
Zone Alarm Pro, and the problems are gone.
But I do not recomend to run a computer without firewall. Probably the
problem can also be fixed by changing some settings within ZoneAlarm, but I
did not figure out which one.

Hey! Fantastic! Thank you!
I shut down Zone Alarms and it works fine. I'll play about with the settings
and see if i can get it working, if not i'll downgrade to the free one i
think.
