Maybe this will help:
I suspect this is a printer issue for Internet Explorer.
NOTE: When we print a HTML email in Outlook, it will use the Internet
Explorer printer component to print.
In order to narrow down the problem...
1. Create a Plain Text email and then print it.
Does the problem recur?
2. Please delete and then reinstall the printer driver to see if it works.
3. Please repair Internet Explorer 6.0 to see if it works? To repair IE 6,
please do as follows:
a. Click Start, point to Settings, click the Control Panel, and then
double-click Add/Remove Programs.
b. On the Install/Uninstall tab, click Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 and
Internet Tools, click Add/Remove, click "Repair the current installation of
Internet Explorer", and then click OK.
4. Open a Web Page and then go to File -> Printer Preview.
What is the result?
5. Or you can reinstalled Internet Explorer 6.0 SP1 from the MS Internet
Explorer website at
http://www.microsoft.com/ie
