script error..."Library not registered"

I get this error message every time I try to print out an e-mail or to print
a picture from a web site. I'm using AOL but, so far, they have not been
able to help me!
The message says it's an Internet Explorer Script Error, "Library not
registered"
and gives a url res://C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\SHDOCLC.DLL/preview.dlg
Since I don't engage IE directly, I assume I'm using it through AOL and their
"fixes" have not helped! All I want is to be able to, once again, print my
e-mail
messages! Any help will be appreciated.

Go to Start | Run and type
regsvr32 /i shdoclc.dll
and press <Enter>.
