Script Error can not print web page on HP deskjet 950C

Can anyone help with a script error I get when I try to
print a web page. This looks alot like an error message
listed in the Q303486 of the knowledge database but the
diagnosis and fix do not apply to my deskjet 950c. The
script error is associated with URL:
res://C:\WINDOWS\System32\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg
