Script error appears each time I boot - problem?

Every time I boot my computer as it loads I get an error message.

1. Do I have a problem and how do I solve it
2. How can I get rid of the error message if it isn't a problem?

This is what it says

Script: C:\Program files\Support.com\client\lserver\server.vb

Error: Could not create object named "WScript.Shell"
Code: 8004011

Support.com is a program of yours that is having this or
causing this error. I don't know what it is but can you
reinstall it. Save files Uninstall... reinstall? Maybe
you don't know what it is or no longer use it? Uninstall
it.
