Script erroors & debug appears

i goto ebay.com & other site on some i get script errors & asks me to debug!
why am i seeing this i think there is a bug in ie6 how do i fix this?

Go to Tools | Internet Options | Advanced.
Check the box to Disable script debugging.
Uncheck the box to Display a notification about every script error.
