script erroes

I just bought an HP all in one printer. When I losd the
software and try to open one of the main pieces of
software that came with the machine I get Internet
Explorer script erroe line 58 char:9 error:Library not
registered Code :0 and then a url: Hp did not have a
good fix. So I am looking for a better answer what is
going on and maybe how I can solve this.I'm using win98
