Script debugger to open files

HI IE 6 has a great script debugger

when looking at .js and .htm files in my computers C drive, how do you
open a file with the debugger without running IE and going View -> Source _>
script debugger?

That is, i would like to say 'open with' IE script debugger OR when an
unrecognized extension - it says select a program form the list to open
files i would like to select the IE script debugger ?

i there a exe or something to get direct access..
