There is a bug in the batch file alert.
If MS AntiSpyware freezes a batch file that has been run
and you then proceed to click "allow", the working
directory of the batch file will have been changed to
<windows>\system32
This can have serious consequences.
I've repeatedly verified this problem. Batch files that
work perfectly every time in any directory suddenly try
to run in system32 if MS AntiSpyware tries to stop them.
