screw up

my computer keeps saying "an exception occerred while
trying to run C:\windows\system32\btiein.dll,download"
when ever i try to open somthing it still opens but the
thing wont stop and its only on my log-on name it doesent
effect anyone else

Hi Ben,

btiein.dll is associated with the browser hijacker Huntbar, which probably
got installed when you went to a website and a box popped up asking if you
wanted to install the software and you clicked Yes.

I would suggest downloading Spybot Search and Destroy from
http://www.safer-networking.org/ and running a scan of your computer and
having it fix all the problems it finds.
