Hi Bruce,
First get the page up that you want the screen shot of.
When you have it on the screen the way you want, hit the
key "Print Screen" (its along the top row of keys,
between "F12" and "Scroll Lock"). The screen shot is now
saved in your computers working memory, just like when
you copy or cut something in a Microsoft Word document.
Now go to Microsoft Word and hit the past toggle button
along the top OR the keys "Control" and "v" (Remember:you
need to hit push these keys down AT THE SAME or it wont
work). If you did everything right, the screen shot
should now paste to your document. From here, you can
either save it or print it out. Hope this helps!
