By "existing screensaver", do you mean one which was supplied with Windows?
If it is one which you "installed",
- What is the name of the file?
- In which folder did you instal it?
- How did you instal it?
- Has this screensaver ever functioned in Windows XP, on your computer?

| But, is there anyway to browse for an existing screensaver that does not show in the list of screensavers to pick from?

| Have you tried...
|
| If the ScreenSaver is a ".EXE" file, double-click the file
|
| If the ScreenSaver is a ".SCR" file,
|
| - Place the ".SCR" file in "C:\WINDOWS\system32" folder.
|
| - Rename the ".SCR" file so that the filename begins
| with the lower-case letters "ss", and delete any space
| characters in the filename.
|
| - Right-click the ".SCR" file, then click | Install |
