How do I remove or disable screensaver from turning on using gpo?

Set Screen Saver to Disable in the Default Domain Policy:

01. Double-click User Configuration to expand it.

02. Double-click Administrative Templates.

03. Double-click Control Panel.

04. Press Display.

05 Double-Click Screen Saver and set it to Disabled.
