screensaver from animated gif?

anyone know a program for turning animated gifs into screensavers?

one of those thingies that just shows the content og you my pictures
folder would do too, as long as it will display the animation.

oh and also, i need a screensaver that takes one image and moves it
around on the screen (like the default win xp screensaver) - if this
also could display animated gifs it would be perfect

oh, and i mustnt forget. i need a freeware tool for making animated
gifs too!!

With MyAlbum you can make a screensaver out of an album, so if you make an
album with just your gif in it, you have your screensaver.
oh, and i mustnt forget. i need a freeware tool for making animated
gifs too!!
