Screenprints on email message

I use the print screen button to attach database screenprints to the face of
my email message. This causes the email to be 3mb in size, where my coworkers
are only 100-200 kb. Any suggestions as to why these are so large?

If you're using the Windows Print Screen for screen prints, they are
bitmaps, which are humongous.

In your image software program, you need to convert them to some other
format, and compress them.
