Screencap off of DVD

Is there a way to save a screencap of a picture off a DVD? I have been able
to make the screencaps but have had no luck saving them as a jpg. Thanks for
any help.

I use Power DVD and it saves the captures as
..bmp. Then I just open them in an editing program
and convert them to .jpg.

MSPaint can convert them and also, you can batch
convert them with IrfanView:

What is the file format? BMP?
If so, open the file in Microsoft Paint, then Save as and select JPG.
If you have many, you may want to batch process all of them, converting from
BMP to JPG. You can do this with free software available here:
