Hi

I have tried to use my CTRL+ALt+Delete/ and also tried to us Ctrl+Alt+Print
both seems not to be working can some one please help me

If your system doesn't react to Ctrl+Alt+Del, just turn it off. Disconnect
the keyboard and reboot. You should get an error message that there is no
keyboard connected. Turn the PC off again, connect keyboard and reboot.
With some luck your keyboard should work again. If not, go here:

The title of your post is "screen." Are you trying to capture a screen
shot? If yes, press Print Screen to capture the entire desktop. If you want
to capture only the active window, press Alt+Print Screen. This step simply
captures the image to memory.

The next step is to paste the captured image into a program capable of
supporting bitmap data. Using Paint as an example, open the Paint program.
It should have a new blank document already opened. Then click on Edit>
Paste in the menu bar. Save your results.
