I have a 19" monitor, still, the spyware window does not
open to full screen, leaving some text obscured; and there
does not appear to be a way to scroll from side to side,
or up and down.

1) Open up a command prompt (start -> run -> cmd)
2) Type in the following "regsvr32 msvbvm60.dll"
(without the quotes).
3) Close and re-open Windows AntiSpyware
