I have some screen shots saved in a Word document and want
to import these to a Powerpoint presentation. Is this
possible? 97 version

Probably simply copying from Word onto a PPT slide is the best bet here.
 
Try copy and paste into a slide - might work - don't know
of a way of importing all at one time from word.
