Screen Shot of Vista Monitor Problem

I installed RC1 last weekend, ended up loosing everything and starting over.
I'm gonna give RC2 a shot. Biggest problem is that when the setup was
loading, the display was skewed and it flashed like a slowish strobe light.
It was impossible to read to see what kind of info it wanted. My monitor is
an Envision LCD EN9110. Video card is Nvidia GeForce FX 5200. Obviously I
couldn't install a new driver because Windows wasn't even installed at this
point. I was finally able to install Windows by typing my name and hitting
enter a bunch of times, then I was able to install a new driver once I got to
the desktop. I never had display problems again(well, until the whole
frickin thing crashed).

My question is, if it happens again with RC2 does anyone know of a trick to
make it behave long enough to get Windows loaded?

if it is a PCI card remove it and install Vista w/o it. then shutdown and
re-install the card and have Vista find the driver for you.

Thank you Alejo for taking the time to asnwer my question. Patience is not a
virtue I've been granted so I reinstalled about 30 seconds after I posted.
lol I didn't have a lick of trouble *knock knock* installing RC2.

I'm now going to install my peripherals one by one, creating restore points
all the along the way.
