Screen Shot of Outlook Page (or indeed any other screen I suppose)

Sorry I've been asking a lot of questions lately, hope you don't mind.
Just realised how little use of outlook i've been using, should be
much more efficient from now on!

Now started using flags, organising my folders properly, using
different views and task lists. So much better, thank you to those
who have give me some tips lateley.

To the main point .... I am doing a course and need to show evidence
of things I change in the workplace. A screenshot of how it appears
as I view the screen would be very helpful for this purpose.

I've tried 'print screen' key but that does not work? Any
suggestions?

if you hit print screen and then open 'Paint' and select
paste you should be able to print it-good luck
 
once you have hit the print screen open 'paint' and goto
edit & select paste and you should be able to print
 
Hi Colin, you could also open MS-Word and paste into the
document (CTRL + V to shortcut), handy if you are trying
to show instructions...

It's the program in Windows XP called "Microsoft Paint" which can handle
the picture you copy to the Windows Clipboard.

Normally at: Start => All Programs => Accessories => Paint
or simply "run" the program "mspaint" from Start => Run

Also consider using WordPad (or a word processor) if you are making a
document.

Read in "Help" about "clipboard", "paint", and "wordpad" by searching
for these words.
 
Thank you very much. I can't fathom how and why it is done that way, via
paint utility etc, but great, it worked a treat!
