If it has a file name like xxxx.scr then just copy it into this folder:- C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 and then it should appear in the list of screen savers when you open the Screen Saver tab in Display Properties. If it has a file name like xxxx.exe it is probably an installer file and doubling clicking might instal the screen saver for you. If it has a name like xxxx.zip then you will need to unzip the file and see what is inside it.
