Screen Savers

For some reason I cannot get my screen savers, any of them to come on. Once
in a while, it will come on for a minute and then shut off and won't come
back on, no matter how long I set it for....I need some help??? I tried to
look in the help and support, but I couldn't find anything.

Did you just install a MS wireless laser mouse. If so then that is the
problem. Check MS Knowledge Base article 911895

"I got a fix. I changed to connection to the computer using the USB to PS2
adapter that came with the mouse. Now I get the screensaver. I would be
interested to find out why this works."

Another checkpoint - make sure that a program is not causing the computer to
remain active. You may have a program running in the background that springs
into life when the computer is idle.
