How can I delete unwanted pictures from the Windows screen saver, My pictures
slide show, pregram?

emcgtc,

You'll probably find the pictures being displayed are in C:\Documents and
Settings\*Your User Name*\My Documents\My Pictures. Just move the ones you
don't want to display somewhere else.

that won't work, as most of the pictures showing up in screen saver have
already been deleted, any other idea's. Need all the help I can get

emcgtc,

Well, if the pictures aren't there, you'll have to find out where they are.
Go to Start/Control Panel/Display/Screen Saver/Screen Saver Settings/Use
Pictures In This Folder. Place your cursor at the beginning of the location
shown, hold down the left mouse button, and hi light the entire location
shown. (Be sure to go all the way to the end.) Now let up the left mouse
button, click the right mouse button and click "Copy" on the menu.

You can now close each of the windows you've opened. Go to
Start/Search/Files and Folders/All Files or Folders. Place your cursor in the
"All or Part of The File Name Box, right click and choose "Paste". Click
"Search" and it will find the folder for you.

You can click the folder to open it and remove the pictures you don't want.
You can also cut them and paste them somewhere else, if you want to save them.

Didn't you already ask this? Well, in any case - just move the pictures that
you don't want to appear in the slide show to a folder somewhere outside of
your My Pictures folder, like in the main My Documents directory. Or if you
don't want to keep those pictures, delete them.
