Screen Saver tab missing in display properties?

hello,

i'm a bit stumped into why my Screen Saver tab is missing
in the display properties box....is there anything I can
do to get this back???
 
Check following registry key:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System\
NoDispScrSavPage

If you find it, delete it. Same setting can also be HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE hive
at same path.
