Screen saver not working on ULTIMATE setup

With a SAMSUNG 214T monitor. Set up screen saver the usual way, but it
never comes on. Any suggestions? Thanks.

If you have in an older MS wireless receiver for keyboard/mouse, it may be
that causing it. try it without it connected if so, see if it comes on.

ok this same thing happened to me and i unplugged my mouse the my screen
saver started to work again. but what am i supposed to about my mouse? is
there something i can do? or do i have to buy a new one?

There is a fix for this. I just did it. Go
www.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/
then go to Optional Hardware Update then download Microsoft HID Non-User
Data Filter.
