screen saver blue crash screen

In screen saver i have a file that reads blphc1cvj0e9a7. If i highlight this
file or picture and hit settings i get a sysinternals free ware ad. If i hit
preview i get a blue crash screen and if i hit apply it is just a blank
screen. I can use my computer but if i leave it set for awhile ill have
the blue crash screen on. How can i get rid of the file noted above?

Is this the "question" that you wanted to "edit"? Highlight & Right-
click blphc1cvj0e9a7 file and Delete.
