Screen Rotation not available

How do I rotate the screen on a system with no driver/software supporting
rotation?
I recently purchased an HP Compaq Presario V5000 Notebook, it has an ATI
Hypermemory 200m 128MB dedicated memory, rotation is not an option.

Any ideas or suggestions appreciated!
