Screen resolutions different

I designed an application using 1048 by 768 resolution
and about half the users use 800 by 600 resolution. I
always forget this detial. I was wondering what
solutions other people use to get over this hurdle. The
only thing I can come up with is have two versions of the
application.

I use ShrinkerStretcher v2000.9.2 from:

Works like a charm for me.

I tried the free modules but they all had something that didnt works quit
well.
