I am new to XP (using Home Office on a new Dell).

I found where to change the screen resolution... but I can't do it to
my satisfaction - although it appears to be on a scale, I seem to only
have the choice between Low and High screen resolution. Is there some
way I can hit the midpoint?

I like readable print, but I am not comfortable with the large size
Low produces.

TIA

You may yave the Color Depth set too high and some resolutions may not be
available. Try adjusting this to a lower value.

MVP Doug Knox has just finished development of a handy utility that makes
changing the screen resolution and refresh rate very easy. It will display
all of the different modes that your monitor supports. Go to the following
website and read the directions before installing.
